This 860-acre gated community is built along a Greg Norman Certified Audubon golf course, nature trails, saltwater marsh, and the banks of the pristine Okatie River. Tidal marsh, ancient trees, and wildlife accent the landscape, while the clubhouse, golf, tennis, fitness, equestrian and outdoor sporting facilities provide activities and amenities for all members of the family. There are  Miles of river and marshland are accessible via community docks and allow for boating, kayaking, and fishing. The Outfitter’s Center provides classes and opportunities for the young and old to learn more about our natural wildlife and marshes. Don’t forget to take one of the barges to Beaufort or Savannah on a nice summer day or take a guided walk with one of our naturalists through the grounds.

When you first enter the community, don’t forget to stop by the Greeter’s store for a sweet treat and take in all they have to offer. Food and beverage are offered at the Golf Clubhouse, the River House, and at the Outfitter’s Center for special events so there is no shortage of options for a lovely meal by the Okatie River.
